Stock Blanks

I've retired, and have decided to sell my remaining stockblanks. I originally purchased them to help sell my work, so chose only high–quality blanks that I would be proud to work myself. I'd never intended to sell them individually.

All were selected for proper layout and hardness. There is not a soft one in the bunch.

Most are English, some are Turkish, a couple are Circassian, and a few of the long blanks are Oregon Black Walnut. The Oregon wood is what remains of a lot I bought in 1999 from another stockmaker who had them for many years before retiring.

My numbering system is simple. An example: 1–92–3. I bought it in January of 1992, and it is the third blank I bought that month. You can tell at a glance how long the wood has been aged. I bought my last blanks perhaps 10 years ago, so all are aged and properly cured.
